Back to Bukit Brown for Chan Cheng Wah
After my unsuccessful search of the grave of my great great grandmother last week, I went back with not one, but two of the most knowledgable people about cemeteries in Singapore, Peter & Raymond.

Experts leading the way
It took merely a minute of walking in the jungle to get to the grave.

The grave was overgrown with branches from the nearby trees, which explains why I was not able to locate it on my own last week. Accordingly to Raymond, a big tree fell over the tombstone a few years back and they had helped to remove the fallen log.

Cleaning up
We did what we could to clean it up, but the roots and multiple cakes of litter were impossible to remove without proper equipment.

Closeup of the Tombstone
There are still tons of information relating to my ancestry that are yet to be documented, but I guess I will save that for my next adventure.

Shoutout to all three of them in the above photo for assisting me today.
