Market Outlook 2025-08-13

July CPI came in slightly cooler than expected, which caused the market to rally overnight. It's been a really long wait but ETH is finally nearing ATH. The bullish effects on rate cuts are overblown given that majority of the market participants are expecting markets to rip up in the event of a rate cut.

I am guessing markets will start chopping and stay range bound over the next few weeks. I am beginning to sell some covered calls for a slight hedge and I will be looking to take at least some chips off the table.
